Dark Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake 黑巧克力紅莓慕絲蛋糕

We'll teach you how to make homemade:
.Chocolate sponge cake
.Vanilla Cream Brulee
.Raspberry Jelly
.Dark Chocolate Raspberry Mousse
.Chocolate mirror glaze
And putting them together in a cake!
Each participant will be able to take home a 6" inch cake decorated by themselves.
