Super Easy Desserts

Making desserts are easy; but easy doesn't mean zero difficulty. Xream can be overbeaten, eggs can be overcooked, chocolate can be burnt, fruits can be not ripen enough. Is there some dessert recipes that are even easier than the easiest? Here they are.
做甜品,說易不易,說難不難。打奶油可能過久,煮蛋漿可能過熟,煮溶巧克力可能煮焦,水果也可能買得過酸。有沒有一些再容易一些,不需要特別技巧,而且沒甚麼可能失敗的甜品?有。

• Baked Caramel Pears 焦糖焗梨
• Ginger and Milk Pudding 薑汁撞奶
• Black Glutonous Rice Sweet Soup with Coconut Milk 椰汁黑糯米糖水
